I think it’s funny when people screw up the hello exchange. My favourites:
1. “Hey, how’s it going?” “Not much”
2. “What’s new?” “Good”.
3. “This is Joan.” “Hi Joan, nice to meet you” “Fine and you?”
4. “How are you?” “Yeah”
5. “Hi there.” “Good thanks”.

6. “I don’t believe we’ve met.” “Yes. We have. Numerous times.”
